Teen Classes Gotham teen workshops are designed to foster creativity and self-expression in a supportive atmosphere. There are no grades, no exams, no wrong answers—just creative writing. Each class is taught by a faculty member adept at helping young writers discover and develop their unique voices. These classes are fun and pressure-free, but students will develop thinking and writing skills that will prove valuable in school and beyond. Better writers produce stronger college applications, and an extracurricular writing workshop is an impressive addition to any profile.

NYC classes: We offer workshops for teens ages 13-17 in New York City. These classes meet once a week for six weeks. (NYC Summer classes meet twice a week for 4 weeks.)

Online classes: Teen Ink, a national magazine written by and for teens, has partnered with Gotham to present online writing classes for teens. Learn more at TeenInk.com.
